What is the 30-Day Ripped Challenge?

Earlier this year, we launched the 30-Day Ripped Challenge giving both guys and girls the chance to compete against themselves and see the difference they could make to their bodies in just 30 days. The Ripped Challenge now runs every month, with a winner being selected from the previous month. You can start the challenge at any time, not just at the start of each month. All you need to do is complete the application form which is included as a downloadable form and submit your 'before' photo's by emailing us and, include the date on which you will start your 30 day Challenge period. Then, simply follow the training guide and meal plan (included with the downloadable form), and take a serving of Ripped Fat Burner each day before cardio. At the end of 30 days, comeplete the application form and submit it along with your final 'After' photo's. It couldn't be simpler!

Included in the challenge is a specific cardio plan, workout routine, diet advice, and our uniquely formulated fat burner Ripped, which provides hours of jitter-free energy, combined with powerful fat burning ingredients, that will soon have you training like the Pro’s with results to match.

I’m attempting this challenge to try and get rid of that last few % of stubborn body fat and really take my physique to the next level. 1. Follow the 30DayRippedChallenge© guidelines below for 30 consecutive days. Remember to include before and after photos and a brief essay of no more than 500 words explaining why you want to win. No previous training experience required

2. All participants must be 18 years or older to take part in the 30DayRippedChallenge©

3. All participants must use only Ripped fat burner and no other fat burning supplements during the 30-day challenge.

4. Only entries with ‘Before’ photo’s submitted at the start of the challenge along with proof of purchase will qualify.

5. Participants will waive the rights to their likeness for future use in True Performance Nutrition promotional materials, videos, and any future productions or products.

6. True Performance Nutrition has the right to use participants full name and city of residence in online updates and any future promotional materials, projects, or products, including ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos, weekly measurements, and progress photos.

7. Upon purchasing the 30DayRippedChallenge© read through the entire challenge guidelines for a clear understanding. Then plan out the days that you will be performing cardio and which type. Be sure to take all photos and measurements before starting day 1 of the challenge Once started, you should continue the challenge for 30 consecutive days. This does not mean you will have to perform cardio everyday. You just need to stay committed and focused!

Considerations before taking

The 30 Day Ripped Challenge is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated for, or diagnosed with or have a family history of any medical condition, or if you are using any prescription or over-the-counter drug(s), including blood thinners. Ripped contains caffeine and one serving has as much as three cups of coffee. Do not consume caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Do not exceed recommended serving. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised.
