While the program itself can be followed for longer, and results can continued to be seen, we wanted to show just what was possible in 30 days if you commit yourself to training hard, eating right, and remaining focused and motivated. That is why we developed the Ripped Challenge!
Included in the challenge is a cardio plan, workout routine, meal plan (one for men and one for women), and our uniquely formulated fat burner Ripped.

You can start the challenge at any time, not just at the start of each month. All you need to do is complete the application form which is included as a downloadable form and submit your 'before' photo's by emailing us, being sure to include the date on which you will start your 30 day Challenge period. Then, simply follow the training guide and meal plan (included within the downloadable form, both for men and women), and take a serving of Ripped Fat Burner each day before cardio. At the end of 30 days, complete the application form and submit it along with your final 'After' photos. It couldn't be simpler!

1. Follow the 30DayRippedChallenge© guidelines below for 30 consecutive days. Remember to include before and after photos and a brief essay of no more than 500 words explaining why you want to win. No previous training experience required
2. All participants must be 18 years or older to take part in the 30DayRippedChallenge©
3. All participants must use only Ripped fat burner and no other fat burning supplements during the 30-day challenge.
4. Only entries with ‘Before’ photo’s submitted at the start of the challenge along with proof of purchase will qualify.
5. Participants will waive the rights to their likeness for future use in True Performance Nutrition promotional materials, videos, and any future productions or products.
6. True Performance Nutrition has the right to use participants full name and city of residence in online updates and any future promotional materials, projects, or products, including ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos, weekly measurements, and progress photos.
7. Upon purchasing the 30DayRippedChallenge© read through the entire challenge guidelines for a clear understanding. Then plan out the days that you will be performing cardio and which type. Be sure to take all photos and measurements before starting day 1 of the challenge Once started, you should continue the challenge for 30 consecutive days. This does not mean you will have to perform cardio everyday. You just need to stay committed and focused!
